Welcome to the website of Tri-Hard Endurance Sports Coaching!

Jason Gootman and Will Kirousis operate Tri-Hard Endurance Sports Coaching ("Tri-Hard" for short). We have a deep passion for endurance sports and it is our goal to bring that passion, combined with our knowledge and experience, to you! 

We are dedicated to providing world-class coaching and education services for endurance athletes including triathletes, duathletes, road cyclists, mountain bike racers, and runners. We assist endurance athletes of all ages and all ability levels from beginner to professional in working towards and reaching their personal goals. Through expert guidance and superior service, we aim to create the most constructive and enjoyable athletic experience, both physically and mentally, for each athlete or group of athletes with whom we work. 

We accomplish this goal through:

  • Coaching -- We coach endurance athletes through our personalized coaching services.

  • Speaking -- We present custom seminars for endurance sports clubs/teams and other organizations.

  • Writing -- We write articles for internationally acclaimed journals, magazines, and websites covering endurance sports topics.

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Lisa Rex of Scottsdale, Ariz. for her 1:39 finish (9th-place overall women) of the Arizona Super Spartan Race! 

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athletes Marshall Bartlett, Alex Crowell, Bryan Lyons, Stacy Rodriguez, Stu Salyer, and Carolyn Soules for successfully completing the prestigious Boston Marathon!


Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Mary Ciampa of Cambridge, Mass. for her 6:00 finish (44-minute PR) of Ironman 70.3 San Juan and for her 3:48 finish of the Paris Marathon!


Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Gered Dunne of White River Junction, Vt. for his 16:07 (1st-place overall men, 1st-place 30-39 men) finish at the Shamrock Shuffle 5-K and for his 1:58 finish (8th-place overall men, 8th-place pro men) of the USA Triathlon Elite Duathlon National Championship!

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Karen Potter of Shrewsbury, Mass. for her 5:15 finish (2nd- place overall women, 2nd-place pro women) of the Michaux 50-Mile Mountain-Bike Race!  


Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Kerrin Strevell of Valatie, N.Y. for her 1st-place finish (category-3 women) of the Tour of the Battenkill Road Race!

Congratulations to Tri-Hard athlete Brad Birkel of Roslindale, Mass. for his 1:09 finish (15th-place overall men) of the Merrimack River Trail Race!
