Meet the Coach

Tri-Hards' Will Kirousis strives to coach triathletes, cyclists, runners and other endurance athletes around the world by combining the best time-tested and cutting-edge training practices available. Tri-Hard athletes include in their ranks several professional triathletes as well as numerous qualifiers and podium finishers for the Age-Group World and National Championships (including world and national champions), the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, and the Ironman World Championship, ITU Cross Tri World Championships and Xterra World Championships.  

Will has regularly presented seminars, workshops, and clinics throughout the United States. He has presented at international conferences hosted by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, at coach-training programs sponsored by USA Triathlon, and for over 10 years at RACE-MANIA Boston. Will's scholastic training is in sports science and holds a Masters degree in Coaching Education.  He is also a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling Certified Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Certified Sports Nutritionist. His articles and interviews have appeared in Triathlete magazine, Inside Triathlon, the Boston Globe, the Forbes Magazine website, the Ironman website, and international triathlon magazines.
