Go long? Go hard? Both?

This past spring Coach Will presented on the importance of using both intensity and longer steadier workouts within a training program.  We thought it may be interesting to share the power point from this presentation here:

The take home message of this presentation is that training should be individualized to our situation / needs and biology, and should be flexible over time.
